On Tuesday, September 11, 2018 Audrey Marie “Doopy” Patlin, gained her angel wings at the age of 16. She was born on December 28, 2001 to Samantha Schoewe and Michael Patlin. Audrey attended Whitmer High School where she was enrolled in the Criminal Justice Program. She loved going to the Mall and spending time with friends. Along with Kahli, they would love to goof around and get on everyone’s last nerve. On the helpful side, she would babysit and help out where she could and was everyone’s right arm. Audrey enjoyed spending time with grandma Rose and having fun. She loved the boat rides with grandma and grandpa Patlin along with uncles, Mitch and Austin. Audrey also enjoyed swimming, camping and going to water parks with grandma Karen. She loved spending time with papa Kurt. Audrey will be missed most by her loving mom/best friend, Samantha.
Audrey is preceded in death by her grandfather, Daryl Schoewe and several great-grandparents.
Surviving are her mother, Samantha J. Schoewe; father, Michael A. Patlin; sisters, Alydia and Sophia Sonner; grandparents, Karen Sue and Kurt Lechlak, Dave and Laurie Patlin, Donna and Ed Seidowsky; great-grandmother, Rose Marie Haynes; uncles, Keith and David (Melinda) Schoewe, Mitchel and Austin Patlin, and Wes Seidowsky; best friend and cousin, Kahli Cluckey; best friend Kayla Wheeler; many cousins, relatives and friends.
Visitation for Audrey will be held at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 3:00 – 8:00pm where funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Monday September 17, 2018. Interment will be held at Whiteford Union Cemetery, Ottawa Lake, Michigan.
